I head up Create Engage, helping our clients define their unique point of difference and shape their marketing strategy to engage their target clients and generate ROI. Having been a consultant myself I understand the challenges that you face when it comes to reaching the decision makers and buyers in the organisations that you want to work with. When I’m not helping our clients outpace their competitors through digital marketing you’ll find me enjoying everything that the great city of Bath has to offer, watching rugby at the Rec or making the most of the local countryside.
Throughout my career so far, I’ve worked with some of the world’s largest automotive brands and have a wealth of knowledge across B2B and B2C integrated marketing. I truly believe in creating effective marketing that delivers value and impact for our clients. To do this, building genuine and real-life relationships is key; I always strive to get under the skin of a business, their objectives and consumers. Outside of work, you’ll typically find me exploring the beautiful countryside around Bath followed by a visit to a local country pub, watching re-runs of cooking shows or deep in a book.
Throughout my career in digital and social marketing I've had the privilege of working with some of the world’s biggest brands. From global brand campaigns for financial services industry leaders, to International sports event sponsorship for an Irish alcohol giant, I always aim to incorporate true effectiveness and attention-grabbing creativity in to every marketing campaign. Away from the office, I’ll typically be on a football or cricket pitch, or by the fire in a cosy corner of a country pub – of which Bath has plenty!
I have extensive experience in delivering successful marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C brands. Having previously worked across a range of businesses, from The Jamie Oliver Group to Conde Nast International, I understand the importance of creating digital marketing campaigns that are meaningful - and most importantly, deliver value and impact. I enjoy spending time building client relationships to best understand their business needs, to develop digital marketing campaigns, build brand awareness and achieve campaign objectives. I love design and seeing innovative content come to life across digital marketing channels. In my spare time, you might find me cooking, out on a run or walking my dog in the countryside.
During my ten year career in Marketing I’ve been lucky enough to work with B2B brands big and small. My degree in Drama and Psychology might seem unusual, but it gives me the insight into how clients’ minds work and the different ways you need to speak to them to get results! I believe that conversation should be at the forefront of effective B2B marketing, a give and take from business to client that creates long lasting relationships. In my spare time, you’ll find me attempting to create things with my sewing machine, playing tabletop games with friends, or simply relaxing with a good book or a film and my cat.
With a master’s degree in creative writing and ten years as a copywriter under my belt, I bring a flair for the written word (and a passion for punctuation!) to the work that I do. I genuinely love planning creative and results-driven marketing campaigns for clients, and have experience across the B2B and B2C spectrums – from tech startups to global mental health organisations. Within the workplace, I am passionate about DEI and have recently been appointed a Workplace Mental Health Champion. When I’m not at my desk, plotting your next great eBook or trying to find the perfect emoji for an email subject line, you’ll find me reading a book, drinking tea or petting my two indoor guinea pigs.
My passion for digital marketing began at university. As with most passions it began with an eccentric individual who paved my way into the digital marketing world. Now armed with a BSc in Business Management (Management Consultancy), a MSc in Strategic Marketing and a background in B2B marketing, predominately in Life Science I am excited to jump into the consulting industry. Through out my career I have learnt that building strong relationships is key to the success of any campaign, but captivating content is where true impact can be made. Outside of the office you will find me under a mountain of blankets with a cup of tea and a good book!
I was initially introduced to digital marketing through my degree in BA (Hons) Fashion Promotion, however it wasn’t until I graduated that I discovered my true passion for it. After working on the internal eCommerce team of a homewares retailer, I made the jump to work at the heart of a fast-paced digital marketing agency. I love building meaningful relationships with clients and working with them to positively impact their online presence. Outside of the Create Engage office, you’ll find me exploring dog-friendly spots with my two dachshunds.
My desire to work in marketing grew when I was studying at the University of Bristol during my Marketing BSc. Alongside my studies, I was able to gain experience working in the B2B engineering industry, eventually tailoring a digital marketing strategy for my placement company. I then went on to work for the same organisation after graduation in a project administration role, allowing me to develop my planning and client management capabilities. I’m pleased to be able to bring all of my experience together, to build harmonious and productive relationships with our current and future clients. Outside of work you’ll find me in the kitchen, taking photos, or by the pub pool table!
I initially found my love for marketing through my university degree in Business Management with Marketing BA (Hons), where my years of study ignited my interest in creating results-driven digital campaigns. From my experience in customer-facing roles, I have a passion for building relationships and understanding people’s needs. I now love utilising these skills in the B2B marketing world, aiding consultancies to build a strong and lasting online presence, and creating content that truly resonates with their clients. Outside of work you can find me either watching or playing sport, and generally enjoying what Bristol and Bath have to offer!
My interest in marketing came naturally through volunteering activities while at university, including re-launching a university society and re-establishing its unique identity within the student community. After graduating, I pursued roles which helped me build my skillset and narrow down my interest to focus on high-quality content marketing for a diverse and interesting range of clients. My experience has shown me how important the relationship between client and agency is to achieving shared goals and fostering a creative and reliable understanding between working partners. Outside of the office, you might find me planning my next adventure, cooking, or looking for a cozy spot to have a pint (hopefully with or in the vicinity of one or more dogs!).
I began my career as a customer service adviser for the UK’s largest Femtech brand. For the next three and a half years I continued to work for the brand within various customer centric roles. Here I discovered a love for digital marketing and subsequently decided to study for an MSc in Marketing at the University of Gloucestershire to develop my skill set. I am very excited to build my knowledge working on exciting campaigns for our clients at Create Engage. Outside of work, I can usually either be found at the gym, reading a good book or cooking!
